Whilst in the summertime Bowling Pool is insanely warm, in the winter, it becomes very pleasant indeed. It made a nice change from the freezing cycle yesterday to splash into what I currently believe to be a pool of molten lava dyed blue.
Anyway, a quick blast of crawl to blow off the cobwebs (800m in approx. 20mins, not scientifically tested or owt), and home to eat everything with a use by date of today (clue: it was lots).
Hm, funny how I have a training schedule that goes up to December 27 2009, but I don't know what I'll be doing for the rest of this week...is there a swim scheduled tomorrow?
