Pain.
Went for my traditional Wednesday evening swim with Corporaless Odd, however the Corporaless cried off on medical grounds, leaving me to my own devices. Which, being me, meant going as fast as I could until I was unable to move.
This entailed 300m of crawl in about 7 minutes (annoyingly, I timed it, but the timer stopped halfway through), and 5 sets of 100m at 2 mins 30 secs each. All done in about 25 minutes, after which I literally couldn't move my arms for about 15 minutes.
In fact, it still hurts to type this. Still, I'll be back in the pool at 8am tomorrow morning. BECAUSE I'M NOT A WUSS.
