Yes, it flipping well is. It's been over an hour since I returned from my 10-mile cycle, and I still can't feel my toes. Thick socks next time.
Also, I'm starting to think about contemplating starting a training plan. I don't think my brain is entirely happy with this.
UPDATE! I have started a training plan. It's tremendously exciting. Don't think I can link to it here, though. At least, not without significant effort, which basically ain't happening.
