I also went shopping this afternoon. Nom's fault. 'Dragged' (ahem...leading the way) to VS Cycles in Brighouse, where, after returning for reasons that are not mine to blog, at 3.30pm to buy a water bottle and cage, cycling shorts with a rather disturbing orange padded bit (on the inside!), cycling top and wedgie bag type thing to sit under my saddle and not give me a wedgie!
VS Cycles is our friend. We spent 45 minutes in there although the shop is the size of our kitchen.
No exercise today as Nom wanted a quiet day, but we have had salad twice. And Nom has something rather exciting to report...
