Brick in non-fail shocker!

Actually had an entirely successful brick session today, much to my surprise. 50 minutes cycling and 10 minutes running, which was probably about the maximum we could expect at this stage. Didn't feel completely destroyed afterwards, fortunately. Got nicely wet, though, which I guess will be the defining theme of the next four or so months. Bah, humbug.

Hurrah for paninis though, possibly the other defining theme of our training sessions. Mm, recovery food. Just need several hundred litres of banana smoothies and we'll be alright.
