Grrrr. How can a household name be so absolutely rubbish?
I had my first full service last week. To fix the broken gears, the sticking brakes and the grips that slip off the handlebars.
I took my bike down. I was hoping that it was just teething troubles and the bike would be fine after I reported the problems and demanded it be fixed.
But Halfords, in my experience, really are a bag of crap. I cycled down my road tonight thinking 'if I brake too suddenly I'm going to go under that car'. I have disc brakes but they seem no better than properly set up standard brakes. I'd like to take my trade elsewhere because I'm sick of this. :(
