A new Fromage

Well actually the same Fromage as always, but I have made a new commitment to my training regime.

No longer will I be training adhoc, the new plan goes as follows.

Tuesdays:- Swim
Thursdays:- Run
Weekend:- Bike

Plus any extra training I can be bothered to do in between.
