New Year, new training plan

And so it begins...

1st January 2009, the day that it starts in earnest. I have a training timetable to prepare. I have healthy meals to invent and log. I have shopping lists for said healthy ingredients to write.

In fact, what am I doing on here? Things to do, things to do.

Just cycled to work and back today, with a mini-run (15 minutes) but I'm not telling you where. Nom and Fromage know.
